- 1 (8 ounce) bag chicharrones.
- 10 corn tortillas.
- 1 tablespoons Vegetable oil.
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped.
- Salt and ground black pepper.
- 1 jar Tatemada® salsa árbol.

Pork cracklings in Salsa Árbol
- 1Heat the oil in a heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add the tomatillo salsa and cook until reduced slightly, about 10 minutes.
- 2Add the cracklings and stir until soft, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve with warm tortillas.
