2While the wings are cooking, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, set over low heat, combine the mango puree, habanero salsa, ketchup, brown sugar and honey. Whisk together to combine. Add Pink Himalayan Salt and Pepper to taste.
3Increase the heat to medium and bring sauce to simmer, then reduce to low and cook until sugar has completely dissolved, and sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Transfer the sauce to a heat proof container and let cool completely.
4When the wings are cooked, turn the oven to heat up to 500 f.
5Add the wings to a mixing bowl, add sauce and toss to coat. Return to the wired baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes, or until sauces caramelized.
6Serve with French fries, carrot, celery stick and ranch dressing.
