Mango Habanero Wings

STEPS:

  • 1Cook the wings using you preferred cooking method: Baked, grilled, fry…
  • 2While the wings are cooking, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, set over low heat, combine the mango puree, habanero salsa, ketchup, brown sugar and honey. Whisk together to combine. Add Pink Himalayan Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • 3Increase the heat to medium and bring sauce to simmer, then reduce to low and cook until sugar has completely dissolved, and sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Transfer the sauce to a heat proof container and let cool completely.
  • 4When the wings are cooked, turn the oven to heat up to 500 f.
  • 5Add the wings to a mixing bowl, add sauce and toss to coat. Return to the wired baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes, or until sauces caramelized.
  • 6Serve with French fries, carrot, celery stick and ranch dressing.
