INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Queso panela or fresco 16oz
  • 1 jar tatemada molcajete Salsa
  • Sliced avocado for garnish
  • Corn tortillas (optional)

STEPS:

  1. Heat a Grill Pan over medium high heat, Add the queso to the grill until browned on both sides, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from grill.
  2. To serve spread a layer of salsa on the bottom of a shallow dish or plate. Nestle cheese in salsa, top with more salsa and avocado slices. serve immediately. Serve with warm corn tortillas if desired.
