Grilled Queso fresco/panela with molcajete salsa
- 1 Queso panela or fresco 16oz
- 1 jar tatemada molcajete Salsa
- Sliced avocado for garnish
- Corn tortillas (optional)
- Heat a Grill Pan over medium high heat, Add the queso to the grill until
browned on both sides, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from grill.
- To serve spread a layer of salsa on the bottom of a shallow dish or plate.
Nestle cheese in salsa, top with more salsa and avocado slices. serve
immediately. Serve with warm corn tortillas if desired.
